Thank you! It is indeed sad! But on the low-cost airlines you can buy hot meals as well. So there´s no big differents between classic and low-budget airlines. Despite of the much cheaper prices on Ryanair etc.

Yes sure. But I think you can expect, that the crew serve beverages a second time on this nearly 3 hour flight. We flew with many other airlines, even low-cost airlines, which serve drinks 2 or 3 times on shorter flights.

when I was onboard

I flew FRA-MAD, MAD-FRA (2h:35 m) and there was also a hot meal with bisquits, butter, a bun and a bottle of water
Really! That´s interesting. We flew from MUC to AGP and we only got a Sandwich. Flight time is about 2h45min.

to AGP Lufthansa is the only airline flying direct from MUC, they only offer hot meals when there is competition with other carriers.
