Notice how he never said that it was from or sponsored by "Established Titles" and the certificate wasn't from it as well.
Also, for those of you around the world who are wondering how you can get an official title, you can't. Because you aren't from the UK and need to be to do so.

The law surrounding this practice in England is very simple; a person cannot become an entitled Lord, Lady, Baron or Knight unless it is bestowed on them by the state or a member of the royal family."
