Atlas Copco XAS 185 Thermostatic Valve Service | Atlas Copco Power Technique USA

Today, we’ll show you how to service the thermostatic valve on the XAS 185.
To service the thermostatic valve on the unit, start by removing the cover.
The thermostatic valve cartridge and its spring can then be removed.
Clean and inspect the valve cartridge and the housing for damage; if the valve is clean and in good order, it can be reinstalled.
If damaged parts are found, replace accordingly.
Reinstall the spring first, then the cartridge with the plunger facing towards the cover, then the cover with a new O-ring.

I have compressor type GA 11
When compressor working a fiew hour , luboil filter will be heavy damaged (explosion) i have clean LO cooler and renew filter , but still not working satisfactory

j'espère que vous allez bien
j'ai un problème avec mon compresseur atlas copco GA75 qui s'échauffe excessivement. lorsque je le démarre en 2-3 min sa température monte jusqu'à 120°c il s'etiend tout seul dite moi que faire pallier a ce problème.
par contre les interventions que j'ai faites: de changer les filtres a huile et vanne thermostatique
problème
