  • Here's my process for making a sheet-metal spadefish wall sculpture. I love this little guy. This sculpture looks great in any room of the house.

Bob builds with pride every piece he makes... Just got a chance to see one this morning. I love the fact that is locally made, ship from Forks, Washington - USA!

That's nice! I just got a new plasma cutter and have been searching for something creative to do and this is the coolest so far. Detail oriented. Very nice!! Mom and dad live on the water and wanted something related to the sea or fish. Thank you so much for the idea and sharing how you do something like that. Esp with the pride and perfection you put into it. I found so many 'sort of nice' art.... but I was looking for the detailed, finished touch. You got it!!! From every aspect!! Plus... you moved the video along so I not once had to FF through. Matter of fact.... I only had to back up once to catch the Loctite you used. Perfect!! Thank you.

Mike Ski When those creative juices start flowing your going to think of thousands of things to cut. I've had mine for a while and I use it constantly. Currently working on a metal shark jaw video.

If you burn it with a torch, you will get cool blue, orange, and purple colors in the steel then you can clear coat it.

    • @AMakersJourney

MGTOW KNIGHT I have actually done that on several already. You can do that technique on different types of steel. looks beautiful on stainless steel.

I like the way that "crinkle" paint turns out. Or the "hammered" paint too.

+Kevin Smith it's a 2 inch Scotch-Brite pad on that disc holder. You can pick them up at any automotive store. If you check out my Instagram you also see the technique using the same pad putting on a textured look and some aluminum.
