Annoying high-pressure sales waitresses and high prices are why I long ago became a killer cook and almost never eat out, even before covid.
I watch Derek because he's entertaining, and I get lots of different ideas of things to make.

Apparently, you haven't been to Las Vegas if you're still surprised by the prices. Go eat off the strip if you want way cheaper meals.

@@fluffy_kitten It ends up being 17 For the Mash potatoes and 18 or 19$ for the soup after the 20% tax and tip mandatory now. But 37$ for a side of mash and a bowl of soup is a bit steep

... and the prices are ridiculous, even for Las Vegas. Ate there once... food was just okay, service was bad, and I felt like a rape victim as I left. Not all Gordon Ramsey restaurants are bad but this one is.

The best tomato soup I ever had came from California Pizza Kitchen. I was shocked at how good it tasted.

Absolutely bisarre prices. Hey, I live in Paris "words most expensive city" and for that price at lunch you can get a 5 course tasting menu at a 2 star Michelin restaurant. What a joke!

No kidding. I traveled Europe and the food quality and pricing was simply amazing with no pitches along with the dining experience. I am there to dine, that's it.

We have been to all of Gordon Ramsay’s restaurant’s in Vegas. The only one I ever tell visitors to go to is Gordon Ramsay Pub. I suggest the short rib nachos to share.

I ate there once because The Bacchanal Buffet had over a 2 hour wait. Actually I was pleasantly surprised. It was for dinner though.
Pesto has pie nuts in it so they probably use a food processor to make it. So adding sunflower seeds to it wouldn't be a problem.
Thanks for another great review of a Ramsay Vegas restaurant. I’ve eaten there a couple of times and the food has always been delicious and the service fantastic. (Your server was a little over the top). A little pricey but you have to pay for quality.
I saw the price of the Fish & Chips there.

the chicken sandwich looks like a boneless thigh, beaten thin, thats why its so juicy and flavorful. you can see the layers there, like you see in some Asian meals, how its layered vs one breast that has one level. looks great.
