valved and valveless harmonica demonstration

Dear friends
in this video I have played six different harmonicas. Out of these 6, 3 are valveless and 3 are with valves. This video is just a simple experiment to judge weather presence of valves has any effect on the tone of harmonica

1,3,6 are valveless having sharp and harsh tone and valves one having tone is brighter and soothing to ear. Playing single nodes will be easier perhaps on valved one

Dr. Sab, according to my opinion no.1, 4, 5 are vulved & rest are vulveless.

Harmonica 1 which was sounding well enough to deceive my ear. Though I knew it that it would be vulveless, I hoped it may be a fairly new Songstar or Tower. Definitely, 12 hole EastTop was beyond my imagination

Looks like 2, 3 and 6 are valved harmonicas.

Sir we can not judge on the basis of sound .Tonal quality seems to be same of all the harmonicas .

Are having a slight
Higher vibrato sound.

1.3.6 without valves. Comparatively less tonal quality.

Harmonica no.1, 3 and 5 is volveless harmonica its sound is sharp other 2, 4 and 6 no. Harmoncas are volved harmonica. Its sound are more melodius and compretively less efforts.

Certainly there was slight difference between valved & valess mouth organ but it is very difficult to judge wheather which is valvless harmonica & which is valved, only very experienced man can judge it .

Harmonica 3 and 6 are surely vulveless. Harmonica 3 is very bad and had too much of leakage.
