01:28 Cut 4 x 50cm of each (2 of each color rope)
02:08 Make a loop with the red rope
02:26 Place the pink rope over the top of the red
02:34 Move the bottom of the pink rope under the bottom of the red rope
02:40 Then over the top of the red rope, before tucking it into the red loop
02:59 Pull the ends to tighten the knot
03:20 Size the rope on your wrist
03:44 Wrap tape around the ends then trim off excess
04:22 Glue the ends of your bracelet together
05:21 Wrap embroidery thread around the tape
06:26 Sew the end of the thread in to keep it secure
