This spicy & crispy samosa recipe is perfect to enjoy the end of the monsoon season. I have also shared how to prepare some home made samosa pattis & a delicious spicy filling.
Every single repice of yfl has turned delicious. I tried some of them many times like daal, chhole bhature, chicken gravy..and many more. I never face disappointment even if there is less ingredients I had.. You are just awesome chef... We are fortunate to watch and make the delicious dishes made by such a talented culinary expert like you ..... Blessings❤️❤️❤️
Your tips on resting the dough to develop gluten, dipping the samosa tips in maida paste to avoid oil entering the samosas and adding of poha to absorb water released by onion and other ingredients of the filling are just mind blowing. Dimaag hai 👍❣🤠
We are so lucky & blessed to have such a amazing chef showing healthy recipes with tips & most importantly make at home instead of buying from stores... Thank you chef and may God bless you and your family... You are happiness in many homes... Take care and cheers...💞👏👌👍😍

Thank you so much, this will be the first snack I'll make for iftaar this coming Ramadan, in sha'a Allah, it's so amazing n the way u explain it, God bless you😄😄
Wow, this is the samosa that we always got in Hyderabad. The typical huge aloo samosa made entry to Hyderabad only in the past decade or two. Until then it was this onion patti wala samosa that we got. We would get one samosa for 1 rupee even up until late 2000s.
Feeling so lucky to be in a family where we make samosas every now and then. Since my childhood I know every step of the whole process and also can make it.
You are perfect with ur recipes, explanation, videography, editing, text and all the other aspects related to vlogging… No other food vlogger has this quality… I appreciate the perfection and dedication u bring to each video… keep it up… Wishing u more success that u truly deserve…
Hey Sanjyot I try most of your receipes, main thing in your receipes is most of ingredients are readily available and your way of cooking is easy and delicious 😋
Bhai Sanjyotji yeah toh mouth watering 😋bana hai..... I have made this b4 with sliced pyaj but patti prepare karne mei bahot muskil hui thi, aapne jis technique se batayi hai i will definitely try it, thnks a lot👍👍👍👍

Tip: the same wraps can be used to make spring rolls and with other stuffings like chinese samosas, moong dal samosas, mutter samosas also alu samosas, paneer samosas etc etc. One wrap various combinations.
Love the techniques you shared! and the samosas look great too! Please do a video on Kutchi Samosas as well, they are unique, delicious and loved by people in Kutch but not easily found elsewhere. 🤩🙌😊
The reason y i specified Bohra community is because every community has their exclusive cuisine...it was not a caste based comment ..but an information about the types of roti
hey man.... you are not just a chef , your are an artist for sure,,,, the way you prepared the patties, it was classic and remarkable ,,,, final product is equally superb,, hatts off dear,,
Very similar method of making samosa patti has been used by gujjus for decades. In the mango season we make such thin single layer rotis by sandwiching 2 wheat balls, rolling them together, cooking them fully first on the tava and on fire so that it balls up. The 2 layers very easily get separated before liberally applying ghee on them. These single layer rotis are what we eat with freshly prepared mango juice from पायरी variety of mangos.
Sanjyot, You make cooking look so easy. Well, I tried your Gulab Jamoon recipe, believe me whoever had tasted couldn't believe that it was prepared by myself. The whole credit goes to your fabulous video. And onion samosa is one of my favourite dish. Just can't resist picking one from. Here your Samosa recipe will be another one to try.
Very true sirji regarding this recipe, any veggies can be added. At my place they add whole chana dal.. I am following all your videos and preparing at home on weekends.. I am sure I would be in same profession as it's my passion and I see same in your videos 👍 keep it up and many more miles to go 🙏
Very famous in udipi hotel serve with coconut chatni , lemon n sauce...it's called South Indian samosa.. But now not available.. Very delicious recipe. Thanks.I like your cooking style... measuring n nice explanation with good tips.
He is like our cooking teacher.. Excellent explanation simple and precise... You make cooking fun for passionate home chefs like me. Who love but find some recipes challenging you make it doable.
Not did I only watch but I made the Samosas! I did not have Poha but substituted with breadcrumbs and they turned out really delicious! They are though not as crispy as yours look but at least I know because my dough was a bit thick so next round I will try to roll be thin as close as yours, Good luck to me! Only you can manage to keep your hands clean from the flour paste, by the time am done with one the paste is everywhere. I kind of struggle with the folding when it comes to the paste. I also dip fried the dough cut offs for snacking and they are crunchy and tasty! Kenyan fan all the way...!
Am reminded of Hyderabad now Irani chai and thelewala garam garam onion samosa upon making they put it in newspaper and add chat masala on top . It’s heaven

We Bohra Muslims make this type of rotis everyday ..with 2 balls of dough...it is called parr roti...and v use these rotis to make samosa pattis
Thats good😊
U make the comments about recipe. Y r u mentioning about the caste. Is it needed????
The reason y i specified Bohra community is because every community has their exclusive cuisine...it was not a caste based comment ..but an information about the types of roti
@@Faah53 then ok. I am sorry
Even though i dont eat onion and garlic... This base of patti can be used for so many varieties of savory and even sweets. Thank you
