1) Kalindi Pass : worlds highest trekking pass at 5990 mtrs, connects Gangotri to Badrinath valley
2) Mana Pass : worlds Highest Motorable road
3) Nelang Valley: old trade route between India and tibet, wooden bridge still exist on which supplies were transported on Yaks
4) 97 Climbing peaks: no state has so many peaks anywhere ( list of climbing peak en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Himalayan_peaks_of_Uttarakhand )
5) Deo Taal: highest water body in India(17950 fts) , also the origin of river saraswati
6) Kailash mansarovar: the trek route goes through Uttrakhand before one enters in Tibet

8) Sri Kailash: It is one of the Panch Kailash',- Kailash Mansrovar being the supreme seat at Tibet. it can attract millions of Hindu devotees if permission granted.

But it is a fact that Uttarakhand has more than 110 peaks above 6000 meters altitude which none other state in India has. Himachal Pradesh doesn't have very high peaks like Uttarakhand, but definitely According to me (although I am from Uttarakhand) it is more beautiful than Uttarakhand because it has more area having altitute between 2500 meters to 3500 meters which is actually the most beautiful area suitable for tourism. Uttarakhand has more area above 5000 meters than what Himachal Pradesh has.
Those leaders have kept our Uttarakhand fleet buried.Otherwise our Uttarakhand would have been number one in terms of tourism, in India.

West nepal and Uttarakhand can be called as similar ...... As a student of history ; I can say khas people were not pure cacuasians ...they were mixed btw Mongolian race ; khas people came from central Asia , and they looks like present day Tajikistan , kazak , outer monglia ...who have small eyes but sharp nose and sharp features ...... And then , rajputs from India came to these region and form different kingdom ; marry with already migrated khas and khas mix race to form present day dogri, Garhwali , kaumoni and nepali ... People from himachal were always less mix people ....whereas Uttarakhandi are more mixed and nepali are heavily mixed entities that's why there cacuasians looks are not much visible as compared to himachali .... keeping in mind mongloid dna is more powerful than ours ....even , having mongloid ancestor on a single ancestry tree can disturb whole pattern of look ; by this you may hàve some mongloid features also ....
Conclusion : khas was not purely cacuasians ....they were already mixed groups and rajputs who annexed from India were cacuasians but brown ...and mixing for several centuries what we get is !! -- pahadi people ..... 🙏🏻🙏🏻
I tell you my story ; my great grandfather was a rich strong cacuasian look rajput who shifted his work to do trading with Tibet ; he has various ties with Tibet .....he was among only 2 big traders of garhwal kingdom who have license .....and thereafter he married to a mix native women's who have some mongloid features ...and bang ! Do you know what happen next ; mongloid gene dominates yeh causians gene ....and yes , I look more causians like but still have some mongloid features ; sharp nose but small eyes 👁️ not much small indeed ..... sometime I look like kazak or tazik people..... to be short people say cute eyes 😂😂😂 See how fascinating is this !! Mixing of race ; you don't know what you will get and mixed race are always more intelligent and beautiful ... but by far from by experience mongloid genes are strongest dominant gene in the cross of race ; and this may happen with every pahadi in past ....some are more mix and some are less mix .... himachali and Kashmiri is by far least mixed group in Himalaya ..... 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 But somewhere genes of all pahadi people is same and present in small quantity in every pahadi 😘

DOMS are different because they used to marry within their brownie community ..... And Brahmin occupies top most position....they were pure indo aryan .....they are strict to marry within community. .... They have separate gene pool ; that's why they Brahmins of ukd looks like desi brahmins but rajput case is different ! They were free to marry anywhere ... that's why you will see rajput people have different variations of look ....some look European , some desi , some mongloid mix ..... Real anscestors of khas people are rajput not DOMS and not even Brahmins ..... You will find variations of look in rajput community only ....it's very rare to find in DOM and Brahmins ......You can observe this ; only kshtriya caste are different in looks whereas brahmins are more desi and DOM are what you know ????

Brahmin is not decided by birth or family ...same goes for other castes .... It decided by your karma..... Well my caste is Rajput but real rajput were my anscestors not me .....so , this whole classification on the basis of caste should be stopped ! First Pahadi people should have unity among them and have emotions for culture ; for that we need good leaders not these third quality rawat ministers ! There are so many spellbound places in Uttarakhand which haven't been explored and not even heard of by most people due to less to no commercialization.
Comparing it with himachal is not right, because himachal had gotten their statehood many decades ago in 1971.
And before becoming a state in 1971, himachal had been an UNION TERRITORY decades after Independence and that's why huge fund was given for infrastructure and growth. Soon, it became major tourist hub.
Uttrakhand was created after around 30 years of himachal pradesh getting a statehood and had never been an union territory. Above all, whole region was completely overlooked by UP governments. No infrastructure No growth in this Himalayan region.
It has not been even 20 years of it becoming a separate state and it has done good enough.. it's one of fastest growing States.

5) Deo Taal: highest water body in India(17950 fts) , also the origin of river saraswati
