Great video. That George Beevers is a proper character.Herefords all look well, hope the little one picks up and glad you still have more calves to come.Hope the weather breaks soon so you can get on.
Farmers all across the EU are standing up to governments, UK is planning to as well - there's huge support for the farmers I wish our British farmers would get together and protest too 🙏🙏🙏
If the dog does what you want that's the most important thing mine will never be trials dogs but they save my legs still can't get them to drive the quad though 💩 weather but we keep going 👍🏴
Franks van is a peach compared to what mine used to look like. Went on to an airbase once and was stopped at the gate when leaving. He wanted to check in the back, I opened the doors and his face was a picture as bits started to fall out. Told him he'd chosen the wrong one to check, he smiled and said 'on your way'.
MF’s used to lose that collar when the axle pivot became a bit worn, causing the axle to rock when pulling. Not sure if the same is possible with your suspended axle. MF one was held in place by a split pin, had to be high tensile as regular ones would chop off in a day.
Hi to cut a long story short. I just had five days in Finland and got talking to a farmer from the Isle of Man (I'm a farmer near Howden) One of the first things he asked are you near dove farms. Yes about half hour 😂.
Bother I had with Massey 6180 & 6150 were very much the same, only shaft was thinner, that bloody collar sliding back from the front, or from where it came out of the gearbox did my fking head in, always muggins to sort its shit out....
I wondered if it was like the old IH856 etc that the 4wd shaft collars are made soft so it takes the splines out of the collar instead of damaging the prop or pinion.

We had the collar slide down on the front drive shaft of the Massey. Took me a while to figure it out 😆
