can you do something about your relationship with your husband after you have a baby, also like a general schedule of naps and eating? I love u thank you!! please pray I have a healthy baby
Definitely check out Jess's video on balance!! She does a great job of explaining how she and her husband are getting through the baby phase of life holding on to their marriage. It's all about expectations and communication. It's really sweet and as a two time mom myself, I think she has worded it perfectly! Good luck with delivery and don't worry *too* much sweety. It's hard but it's also AMAZING and you'll figure it out as you go.
As an expectant mother, I just wanted to say thank you for posting these honest and "imperfect" videos because lets be honest, that's what we all are going to be. Easily my favorite channel that I've come across on the subject of raising a baby.
I LOVE the way u talk. I feel like u are talking to me. You have a really soft and calming voice... thank u for all your work and all the informations. Keep it up pls
Wow as soon as you paused to be like “you can do this, just do it” that legit made my heart feel warmer and lighter. I have a 6 month old and still get anxious about leaving the house, so seeing a video like this really means the world to me and is actually so encouraging🙏🏽💕
Thanks SO much for making this. I felt I was the only one who had anxiety about leaving the house and felt crazy. I have to try to push myself to get out of the house but its hard!
I love your videos! As an anxiety riddled mom to be I love that you actually film your life and it's not super shiney fake bs. Thank you for the genuine advice!
Am from Kenya and I just love your videos. Watching you enjoy motherhood encourages me so much never to give up having more babies. Lost my son at birth 4 months ago but am looking forward to another blessing one day. Wanna enjoy such moments one day.
gosh you are so nice to everyone who is watching Jessica, like a friend I have never seen a you tuber so warm to their audience. it is incredibly sweet thank you. a great person to share all this new stuff x
The swaddle blanket on the carseat is GENIUS! I have one of those window covers but it doesn’t fit the whole window and the sun still gets in my baby’s face all the time.
I'm pregnant with my first baby. I've watch the other 101 videos, I just want to say THANK YOU! ❤ These videos have made me more calm and not as freaked out as I was before. Love from Sweden! ❤
I’m watching your videos during quarantine. I’m a first time mom and you apologize so much for looking anxious and all over the place, but that’s what has me going to your videos. The fact that you don’t have it all together, the fact that you don’t live in a “spotless” house or pretend to be perfect. You’re figuring it out just im sure the rest of us are and that’s incredibly comforting and I’m able to relax a little I guess. Thank you so much for your transparency and your normal ness. It’s refreshing to see! Lots of love from Fullerton, CA!
It made me cry hearing you call yourself bad at everything. Tears of sympathy and empathy. I'm pregnant and I think I'm bad at everything. I have/had a successful career, and still, must be bad at everything. Hearing you say it while being a wonderful mom makes me want to give myself some slack, I hope you can too!
I'm obsessed with your videos and just your whole vibe. You're so down to earth and relatable. It really keeps me feeling sane sometimes in this crazy world. I'm almost twenty eight weeks pregnant with our first and everything you say just resonates with me. I'm trying to keep everything as minimal as possible while still accepting hand me downs and getting some things second hand and it's all a lot. Thank you for everything you do and for opening up and sharing your life with us.
I am a young soon to be first mom and I am so excited these videos genuinely make everything so much easier just because of the fact that they are so real and relatable thank you so much. You truly are a breath of fresh air do not compare yourself to anyone because truly at the end of the day you help so many.
Your videos are so honest and comfortable to watch. As a momma in my 8th month of pregnancy, I struggle with fears of not knowing what I’m doing and feeling like I may not be cut out for this whole thing but your videos are very helpful with settling those feelings. Thank you!
I swear you know exactly what I'm struggling with! I have an issue and I get on TH-cam and BOOM! you made a video that addresses my stinking problem! Thank you! You give me confidence
I usually watch family oriented videos cause the kids are cute or I like the outfits they're wearing or to learn how to decorate their nursery but I watch yours for YOU, JESS! You're so great 🙌
I am living this right now! I totally feel the anxiety to leave but... get more anxious when I don't for a few days just you've described! So nice to know I'm not alone in that. ❤
Had to make a second comment. Ever since planning to have a baby I have been searching on TH-cam "how to leave home with a baby"? Not one video did it correctly or explained anything. This is so informative and I truly appreciate this mama. I have been a silent watcher non sub for a while. I hit that button like my life depends on it. Mom life actually does so thank you
You are a breath of fresh air. Both my sisters and my best friend are already each keeping two children alive very well on their own but I just sent them all your videos because you're just too darn charming.
I love watching your vids with baby Wilson. You make life realistic and ok, and I love it. I don't have to be this perfect mom that has it all together. Thank you for this.
Thank you so much for these videos!! I'm a first time mommy to be after a 10 year struggle with infertility and your videos have given me so much confidence. Not to mention the amazing and supportive community of mommies I have found here. Thank you!! Don't stop being amazing!
Your videos are honestly the best! I just love how real you are about it all, makes me feel a lot better about everything! And you give me a good laugh while I watch cos I can so relate to you 😂 I have a six week old baby boy and I found your channel when he was basically brand new and I am so glad I did! Keep making these amazing videos please 💗 you are so appreciated 💓👏
Jessica, you are SO encouraging! I feel like I'm going to be a scatter-brained, well-intention-ed mom, like you, too! ;) You're doing SO amazing! They say that the infant/toddler stage is the hardest stage of childhood - super, super hands-on & demanding. But it's really cool to see you ROCK being such a compassionate and loving mother. I'm proud of you!
You are what young moms need, I swear. Im not a mom yet (just trying) but I was a nanny and going out was the only thing I found tough... I was so anxious. You're doing a great job and keep being so cute! Warm hugs from cold Poland. :D ❤️
I love your videos! 😊 My baby boy is two months old now, I get so much anxiety about leaving the house with him and going over my list of things I need to bring with me over a million times and still feeling like I’m going to forget something..this video made me feel a lot better about it and that I’m not the only one that has those feelings.
Thank you for this!! You are how I am and feel how I do when leaving the house and your baby reacts the same way as mine to the car.. and I suddenly feel not as tired and like I can handle not only leaving the house but also the rest of this week. Thank you for being real, you’ve made me feel like I’m not alone. ❤️
This video was so comforting. Its nice to know my baby isn’t the only one who hates cars. I didn’t realize I felt anxious to leave the house each day until you mentioned it in your video. Thank you!
THANK YOU!!! I totally feel anxious leaving the house, but like you said, know it's worse if I don't. It's hard though, when you live in a place with snow. This is day #3 of us staying inside the house. The roads are so icy, and it's cold out!
I’m not a first time mom but I am a brand new stay at home mom pregnant with my third, and I feel like I forgot how to have a baby. This is super reassuring and makes me feel like I’m not so alone. Thank you for being so sweet and so real!
Holding my pregnant wife's hands and watching the real-deal talk at 7:55. Thanks for the encouragement. Keep the videos coming! (Nothing is too basic -- I have absolutely no idea how to do this...)
You feel scattered - but these videos are gold. So many tips and tricks that helps calm the nerves and think its do-able. Btw. bought one of those cat calendars for my cat here in Denmark at christmas time. He loved it so much! Went to it everyday to sniff out, and he even found a new favorite treat in there. Actually was nice for me - helped me to not give him too many treats during the holidays. Just the calendar, nothing more besides his regular catfood.
I am so happy you made this video. As well as the 4 month sleep regression tips/experience one which is what led me here! From one first time mom who is always anxious to leave the house but super happy when she does, thank you.
I just love you and your authenticity. I started watching you when I first watched your natural labor video on what natural labor was like with Eloise. I have loved and followed your family since.❤️
I just moved to a town of 4000 people and I'm 31 weeks pregnant. I really want to make some mum/ mum-to be friends like you. You seem super chill and down to earth and not trying to project perfection like a lot of other mum you tubers. Hopefully I'll make some friends soon. Thanks for these videos. They make me feel like I don't have to do everything perfectly and keep me from feeling lonely.
Hang in there, you will definitely make friends and they will probably become very good friends. But don't let any mom friends make you feel bad about anything you're doing, find others who will support you. And TH-cam actually also got me through the first months after my 2nd was born. Those evenings were sometimes really long and even though I have a lot of great mom friends, they weren't sitting in the bed with me nursing :-) You'll be great! Enjoy your baby when it arrives!
I'm 23 weeks pregnant and there is so much to worry about but very little makes me worry quite as much as the idea of 1) nursing in public and 2) all of this 🤣 I love you Jess!! Thank you 😊
I love watching you, I think that you're so adorable and I love that you're real. I don't have any children yet nor am I pregnant but up planning to have children within the next couple years and I like learning about all the mom stuff so that I'll hopefully be at least a little prepared when the time comes :)
Gosh, your videos are so encouraging and heartfelt. They never fail to reassure me that I’m being the best mom I can be. Thank you so much 💞 I wish we could be friends in real life
This is awesome ❤❤❤❤❤❤😊you are amazing and awesome and raw and real and watching you I’m sending all my new mammas I work with in lactation consulting and postpartum you’re the missing link to this period. We need this and have needed this for so long! You are such a beautiful human being so cool!!!!❤❤😊😊😊😊😊😊❤❤❤❤
My little guy (4mo.) HATES the car too, he screams until red and choking, which results in me crying with him until we get to where we’re going.. now I’m very anxious about leaving the house... thank you for the encouragement because it definitely feels worse to be stuck in the house for days.
I’m due Feb 16 with my first & your videos are so encouraging! They make me really excited to do all the mommy things. 😇 also your baby has great taste in music.
Feb 16th- My birthday.!!! I was looking where to post to say we are not all first time moms here. I’m a 62 yr old GRANDMA !. I went thru years of infertility, foreign adoption twice, two birth children , and an ectopic!!!! I had breast cancer diagnosed by Johns Hopkins saying I had only two years of life left--I kept praying God would keep me here to see my children have children and to help w my grandchildren. It’s 20 years later!!!! I used to teach the deaf and then homeschooled all four of mine thru high school . So God answered my prayer and I feel like a new mommy all over again w my grandbabies. I love this channel so much and I’m learning so much. I think I did a good job, but having your channel to check in with would have made me so happy and kept me feeling “normal”.Thanks for all you do for us out here in the trenches!!!!
I love these! I'm not close to my mom (she's toxic and abusive/neglectful) so when I give birth I don't plan on telling her much (we're low contact) But I will have my ail...2 of them and it's it so watching these are helping me out so much! (I wish my grandma was still here...I would love to talk and have her help me...even if she couldn't do much just talking me thew everything would be amazing
WOW I usually skip adds in videos because I honestly hate them. BUT THIS IS SO STINKING CUTE. didn't skip a second, well done! Also LOVE your energy, its why I watch your videos
Your baby liking brockhampton makes him a total legend :) I'm not sure how I found your channel but these are so informative... i'm not a mom (i'm 17), however i'm planning on being a midwife (as well as a mama in the future) and this is just really interesting and informative. Love the vids
I just found your channel and love your videos. I have a almost one month old daughter and I often feel I don’t know what I’m doing. Your videos are so encouraging thank you 😁❤️
You're such an inspiring mom! Glad I found you on social media yesterday =D Im a new mommy with a soon to be 4 month old baby boy and I would love to see a video about how to interact and play with your little one. It's so much harder than I thought. Big hug from a Swede living in Portugal
Can i just say...... i love all your videos. I just planned a video on how i feel when i am leaving the house. You are spot on about leaving. You feel better when you go out. Took me 6 weeks to feel comfortable
Thank you so much for your authenticity and still positivity. 😅 You make motherhood seem possible. And you remind me that even if things don't go according to plan, just do the best you can and it really will be okay. I'm a new, young mom, with a three month old in the middle of this pandemic and it's super easy for me to feel overwhelmed. But thank you for your humor and your smile when life feels chaotic. 😁💛
Hi, I'm amazed at the majority of the young mothers who have LONG HAIR and never do anything (tie it back or something) while handling your infant and always having to push it back or tuck it behind your ears. It's beautiful, but it would drive me crazy. Yes, my hair was very long when I had my two girls......I used lots of combs, etc!!!! Your videos are so helpful to young moms!!!! Good job!!!
"Because I'm under slept and a little crazy" that is the most relatable line I’ve ever heard
can you do something about your relationship with your husband after you have a baby, also like a general schedule of naps and eating? I love u thank you!! please pray I have a healthy baby
ASDFGHJKLtierns yes!
This has my vote, sometimes I wonder if our marriage will survive!!!!!
I sleep from 7pm to 3am. My husband stays with baby during that time. Then I wake up at 3am and take care of baby the rest of the day.
I pray for your family's health
As an expectant mother, I just wanted to say thank you for posting these honest and "imperfect" videos because lets be honest, that's what we all are going to be. Easily my favorite channel that I've come across on the subject of raising a baby.

It is so calming, because she is so real!! LOVE
I am not ready for kids (though I want them) but your videos are so helpful! And the way you talk is so reassuring and calm.
It made me cry hearing you call yourself bad at everything. Tears of sympathy and empathy. I'm pregnant and I think I'm bad at everything. I watched million of moms videos.. YOU are the most natural and simple and REALISTIC person I have seen🤩
Wow, thank you!

Thank you for being open and sharing what it feels like for real life. Not a momma yet but excited for my baby.
She is absolutely Gorgeous. She could be on the cover of Vogue and the best part about her is she is so relatable.
I love how authentic and real you are . Thank you for your videos ♥️
I’m like two years late but your daughter’s play area is the cutest.
My baby just turned a month and these videos are so helpful!!
Good luck with the third!
I'm not a mom but I love watching these videos because I hope to be a mom within the next 2 years! I am very excited🥰
Yes! I love that you have him listen to Brockhampton and Billie Eilish😂🙌🏽
I am so happy you made this video. As well as the 4 month sleep regression tips/experience one which is what led me here! From one first time mom who is always anxious to leave the house but super happy when she does, thank you.
I love your overall attitude in each of your videos. I will have my first baby this August and you videos have been so helpful! Thank you!

The KiwiCo box part had me crying. Lmao That slowmo with music, though. 😭
I just moved to a town of 4000 people and I'm 31 weeks pregnant. I really want to make some mum/ mum-to be friends like you. Hang in there, you will definitely make friends and they will probably become very good friends. I love these videos! You’re a breath of fresh air ! Love the Realness.

Your videos have helped me so much and always make me smile!
I'm 23 weeks pregnant and there is so much to worry about but very little makes me worry quite as much as the idea of 1) nursing in public and 2) all of this 🤣 I love you Jess!! Thank you 😊

Cutest ad I've ever seen!

(I wish my grandma was still here...I would love to talk and have her help me...even if she couldn't do much just talking me thew everything would be amazing
Those were some excellent music choices!
I love your videos SO MUCH! You're so real and down to earth.
I love how down to earth you are
Your videos are always so pure ❤️
Can i just say...... i love all your videos. I just planned a video on how i feel when i am leaving the house. You are spot on about leaving. You feel better when you go out. Took me 6 weeks to feel comfortable
He’s so cute 🥺☺️
Perfect timing! New mom here and loving your videos!
congratulations!
Good job!!!
I love you! You are so funny and REAL!!! I love your content 💕
