I haven't played long enough to confirm it, but when you pull a hero you already got you get to "awaken" them. Apparantly if you do that enough they end up getting an extra star. I'm only at awaken 4 with my best hero and there is 5 levels and it takes 9 tokens in total to get there.
5 star Heros are Rare to obtain then how to Awaken them to lv 5 ?? Is there any other options ??
