a little late but u do the same thing lets use y=7-3x as an example what u do is y=7-x multiplied by 0 or 1 or 2 so what you'll get is y=7-0 as u multiplied the 3x by 0

We have -3x because the minus only applies to the 3x as it is in front of the 3x only and we can just assume that the 7 is a positive as there is no symbol in front of it. after rearranging, the equation will be y=-3x+7 and then you can just carry on with the steps in the video.

You should find 3 points as a minimum to plot a straight line in case you make a mistake on one of the coordinates. And yes, I also always use x=0 and usually y=0 too.
