Ok, after twelve episodes, I think I got it.
    1. Do not (EVER!) consent to any searches (or seizures, like surrendering your camera).
    2. Don't answer any questions.
    "I don't answer questions"
    "I don't answer questions"
    "I don't answer questions"
    2b. I want an attorney.
    3. Are you detaining me? ( Adding "Am I free to go" seems redundant, but ok)
In cop logic, "cooperate" means confessing to a crime.

NeverTalkToCops1 I don't like the question "Are you detaining me or am I free to go?" as it could be answered "yes" at which point a conundrum is presented: you are being detained OR (the logic operator is key) you are free to go. Think it better to be assertive and simply ask, "Am I free to go?" Don't ask if you're being detained nor give them any hint of doing so. Peace ✌️

This is an excellent public service that you are providing for the everyday common man and woman. Sometimes police officers conduct their jobs in an unprofessional manner. Police are not sovereign citizens. Police are only human. Some officers use intimidation, subterfuge as well as leading questions. Some police, will not hesitate to forget the thier oath that they have been entrusted with, violate a citizens constitutional rights by abusing their power. Because they think that can do it, and get away with. Preying on ill- advised and unprepared citizenry that have put all their faith in God and in the virtuous policing from law enforcement. But we know that the virtuous community police model is only an ideal. Great presentation! Much respect to you, sir.

The aclu has an app that you should or that you can put on your phone and the moment that you get stopped you press the app and it automatically starts recording and if anything happens to you your phone or blah blah blah it automatically will send it to the ACLU so that way you have a copy of what you were recording and or somebody is at least notified that there was a situation where you were stopped by the police officers

Excellent points. I enjoy your "know your rights Episode 1" the best as it is the most concise. Most of us will be very nervous and the police will use that to trick and confuse you. So keeping your points basic is the easiest to remember. In all of my stops the police can't wait to get rid of me. One time everything I had was expired. Just didn't have the time to put all the new paper in the spare car. The cop said I am sure you are all current and sent me on my way. I guess I look all white and innocent but can't count on that for the next time. But all my cars have hardwired cameras. Just never know.

wattsenough the officer pretty much knows who you are before he gets to your car. With the ALPR systems the cruisers are outfitted with they can see who owns car, registration details, etc ... Have seen cops pull up behind me at a light, can see them pop open their laptop and sure they were running my license plate. No stop those times, but they're always fishing.

Its not just Scotland my man, the whole world is full of stupidity led only by ignorance.
Keep them Fat and Entertained. Welcome to the 21st century, Time of the Consumer, Worshipers of Idols, Led by the carrot on the stick we call money.
We dont have Freedom any more its an illusion, Take USA for example, its supposed to be "Land of the Free" yet they have the statue of "Liberty". We have Liberty these days not Freedoms. You have Freedom of speech untill you speak out against there Policy.
In my honest opinion and experience with living all over Scotland, From shetland to Orkney, Mull to Oban, Glasgow to Perth.
I can tell you one thing, The young people are waking up to the political nonsense. They have started to realize that " It doesnt matter who you vote for, The Government always gets in".
The wholle world needs a Revolution, not just Scotland.
      Peace from Scotland

and peace to you Brother, how right you are.America does seem to be the only place where they actually talk about islam and its deeds.
I try to teach others of their Fundamental Freedoms, common law and how to use it. Every one should read and live by the fundamental (God Given) rights as demonstrated in the U.N. Covenants on (1) Human , and (2) SOCIAL AND POLITICAL rights. Know them, live by them and sue the shit out of any one who trespasses n them, gonna be very important coming up.

I once used a reference to all the good people who died protecting my rights and freedom during a traffic stop. For that reason, it would be dishonoring the dead to surrender my rights and freedom. I was politely to the point that I thanked him for risking his life defending our freedom. Sadly, best not to tell him he is the last official line of defense for liberty. Honoring the oath is the last chance for government to guard against tyranny. If said nicely and briefly in a way that didn't challenge even a bully's ego, maybe worth sharing. Up to the individual reading the scenario themselves. Unfortunately words can be leveraged against us. Doing the right thing is, often enough, a sacrifice. The wiser man is often the quieter. But tyranny can only live in truth's silence. Thus the 1st! And if that fails, the next. Dishonoring the oath is violating it, which is a punishable offense in sore need of enforcement. We are the power. Use it or lose it.

Right off the Bat I see something wrong with the video. He says uses his Emergency Lights to pull the guy over. Was the police in an emergency at the time he used his emergency lights? If not he took a non emergency situation and turned it into one by using his lights. The person in the automobile by law has to pull over as far as he can in order to allow the emergency vehicle to pass. That is when the police officer pulls in behind you.

Promise to appear? May not be an admission of guilt, but it is an acceptance ... of the officers issuance of a Ticket/Offense. If someone called you a "liar"... is it reasonable to wait to deny it? delayed defense might be thought of as agreement to some people.

Hey Jay Ramey. I got a question I was want to know if you can mail me some of those cards that says know your rights I would really appreciate if you could And I got one more question. Do you have to show your driver's license or your ID to a police officer by law because what if you just express your rights instead cuz I see a lot of videos on TH-cam about them telling the police officer let me see your three identifications cuz last time I checked it's not against the law. Identify yourself but you can just give them your first name but not full name and if they try to write you a ticket or something can you refuse to sign it by law so you don't end up on the terrorist watch list from not signing a ticket or not giving your driver's license because you're walking down the road and minding your own business or driving down the road is that true. because I live in Ringling Oklahoma and I was just wondering And you should make a video of that too lol and what if you're videotaping a government facility and the police talk to you and ask for your identification can you refuse to give them your ID and just give them your first name if they ask for it but your full name or what do you do because I see a lot of videos on TH-cam about that too.

Humans are horrible at assessing risk. They can't see that 300-400 million traffic stops happen a year, and a total of 55 officers died in the line of duty in 2018. So likely there were less than 10k total incidents during a traffic stop or 1 in 40000, better known as 0.0025% If we generously say 10k traffic stops per year have some kind of real incident where things get tense. And that is likely way too generous.

I noticed you have a strong prejudice against cops, man you folks in Oklahoma must have a poor quality of peace officers, because most of the games you say the cops play were never in my playbook, of course that was 20 years ago, and I only served on the police force for 24 years, with half of that time as a police chief. That said, I do find the videos very entertaining, and would recommend them to my friends, even those who are not pot heads or drunks.

I’m in Missouri. Times have changed. I got certified in 91. But today things are different. Look at Dave Grossman. He’s a new trainer for police nation wide. Look at warrior mentality training by him. Notice he says police are wolves (predators) and we are sheep for them to prey on.

Its 2020 - wake up. Cops are unhinged.
The friendly 'beat' cop of yesteryear...
...is now the beat your ass cop 'til next year.

Hold on: "'A traffic stop is the most dangerous encounter for a police officer"? But don't they say the same thing for "domestic violence calls"? "Street encounters", where THEY stop and question somebody they "suspect" is committing or about to commit a crime, which warrants a "Terry frisk"? Don't they say the same thing regarding executing search warrants when they kick in doors in search of medicinal plants (weed) which they say necessitates the use of heavily armed SWAT teams? And don't they say the same thing when they deploy heavily armed officers, with snipers and armoured vehicles during protests? Especially ones in Black communities where there are the highest incidences of police brutality? So I guess the job is dangerous that it warrants being constantly armed, doesn't it? Not really. Here's a list of the most dangerous occupations in the U.S.-see where the police rank: (thefreethoughtproject.com/bureau-labor-statistics-released-top-10-dangerous-jobs-report-police-officer/)

The #1 cause of police officer fatalities is actually traffic accidents in which they are involved. Each of the phony 'most dangerous aspects' of police work they cite actually carry a far, far greater danger of the citizen being shot by the officers than the other way around (as they claim). Cops have, though, surpassed dentists and lead the 'professions' in suicide....
In many cities in the US, being shot by 'law enforcement' is the #1 cause of death among males age 17-25.

As easy as this. Hey do u mind if i search ur car? Yes i do mind. And no i dont let u search my car. Ok i smell weed inside the car and i get my dog to search around the car. My dog wanted to alert so i legally search u and ur car without ur permission. End of line. Surpreme court ruling.

Scared cops should take up sheep herding. Oh, wait, they might be kicked. I keep everything in the trunk, so there's nothing to see.
