That market would have been a sensory overload for me! But so interesting to see the daily life in Guatemala. Learning about the fruits was neat, and good tip to avoid biting into a whole bunch of worms 😐. The banana conveyor belt was so cool. And looks like the fish market area had a lot of variety. Looking forward to the riverboat video!

It was certainly sensory overload for April! 😎 We love the "banana train", haha! Our boat tour video is out--feel free to go watch it 😁

I've binge watched the Playlist...gathering my thoughts is quite a task. Sensory overload you mention in the description. That's what I'm having at the moment. I feel I've put all your experiences in a tight time frame. Wow, wow and wow again. The wealth of beauty in this country, its people and its history is a feast for this arm chair traveler today. I can hear the noises, smell the food and the activity all around me. Great share and amazing editing Wayne and April. Another WOW! 💖 🙏 🇳🇿. 🙋‍♀️ 🇳🇱

The market reminds me of my home country. It is so great to see all the fruits and makes me drool. I have to pause the video and grab some grapes :D Love how insightful the video is. Feels like I'm watching a science video and the topic is about fruits. The seafoods looks so fresh as well. Thanks for sharing this video.

This was very insightful learning about the foods in Guatemala! And I can see how fresh the food is. This reminds of when I went to Costa Rica. I can still taste how fresh the pineapple was there in comparison to how poor the pineapples taste in the US.

Yep, it seems that overall, food tastes much better outside of the U.S.! Thanks for watching :)

I loved seeing all of the unique fruits and fresh produce. That pomegranate - I would not have guessed that was a pomegranate! It's interesting to see that they import a lot of fruits from other countries and places like California, but I guess their climate isn't suited to growing everything. Seeing the bananas moving down that interesting conveyor belt was fun!

Yeah, we were surprised by that too, because they have several different climates there, which opens up many opportunities for growing... Right?! We thought it was fun too. Thanks for watching!

We were there in November. The Rio Dulce street market is on Thursdays. It is right alongside the lake's edge.
Ah, hang in there with planning! Let us know if you have more questions...we are happy to help as we can! 😊
