Several decades ago, a famous Japanese writer visited and traveled through Jeju Island. Upon returning to Japan, he remarked,
"It's as if I went to the place where I used to live my 'previous life (前生)' and now I have returned to my present life."

Very Nice Video but I guess Waterfalls, Caves and Jeju stunning forests are missing in this. Also, Jeju offers lots of parks and gardens with beautiful activities and views which can be added to this video.
I have been to many places and I would rate top ten as: (Spellings of places can be wrong...Apologies! )
    1. Sunrise Mountain
    2. Mangangul caves
    3. Sanbakgson Mountain
    4. Udo island
    4. Hypgye beach
    5. Dhoenikeo waterfall
    6. Hallim Park
    8. Eco Land
    9. Julmul Forest
    10. Maze Park and Shinwa Water Park too

Thanks so much for you thoughtful comment and it’s great to see your list.

Marina Ljesevic If you go to any of the beaches no one will be there. You’ll have it to yourself. Just bundle up. Check out a cafe with a view of the beach to stay warm. Get some gogi guksu, bbq or check out the street food at dungmum or olle market. The botanical garden in seogwipo or an olle hike might be fun. Hope that helped.

It’s impossible to show all that Jeju has in a video. Sorry I didn’t cover what you’re looking for. Maybe jeju doesn’t have what you’re looking for. People visit jeju to go on vacation mostly. It’s a gorgeous big island. Which means beaches and island activities. This is not a jeju city tour video. I wanted to highlight some things that I enjoy doing on the island. Because there is a lot of tourist traps that people should avoid.

It rarely snows in jeju. Maybe once a year near the beaches. Although hallasan has snow on it most of the winter. The closer you get to the mountain the better to see snow. But I can’t predict the weather next year. Hope that helped.

super informative and awesome video! I’m planning a trip to Jeju for the first time, do you recommend renting a car and driving around the island to get to various spots that you mentioned? or is it possible to get to places by taxi or bikes?

    • @FullBellyTravels
      @FullBellyTravels  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

We made 85% of the video in one week. We mostly used the bus system and took a taxi to one beach (woljeongri). The bus system in jeju is great and cheap. If you have like an extra 40-100,000 a day (depending on the days and car) then rent a car. Idk where you can get a bike. Some places rent electric bikes like on Udo Island. Hope that helps! And have fun!

Hi, thank you for this video! I have a question, as someone who's been staying in South Korea (or Jeju) for a long time, which one do you recommend to explore Jeju: by clockwise route (from Jeju-si in the north, Seongsan Ilchulbong area in the east, Seogwipo-si in the south, then road to Hyeopjae Beach in the west, and back to the north for Jeju airport) or the counter-clockwise one? And why's that? I'd love to hear your suggestion, thanks!
