Sir Mera ek que. Tha
Hamare yaha 55Kw ka 2 motor hai Jo ki ek star delta starter pr work krta hai or dusra vfd pr. But dono motor k size me different hai Aisa q sir?.

Slip ring induction motor & squirrel cage motor ka size me antar hota hai. Motor ka rpm different hoga to size different hoga. Different make ka motor ka size bhi different hota hai. Imported motor ka size bhi alag hota hai.

Bhaiya Mera ek jaw crusher ka motor hai jisme Schneider ka drive laga hai aur usme hamesha running condition me ground short circuit alarm aa raha hai , to pls provide me solution

ACS 800 demag inverter is earth fault so we replace new inverter and than we checking parameter and than we run inverter but inverter output voltage is 230V
so motor is not run.We need your help.

Check output current. In earth fault it will trip immediately. So check motor, cable & Choke . Fault may be there.

To know the fault you have to check relay. If no fault is display on Relay. Then the trip is not happening to any fault. You have to check tripping mechanism or any interlock circuit . Breaker has only two function close and trip. Also Check U/V relay.
