If I remember rightly some leagues forbid players playing with a defib installed. Serie A is one I think... Whilst I feel sorry for the players the club shouldn't be taking such big risks. It is possible that there was nothing during the medical just like many conditions that only become apparent during stress or when certain conditions are present. Know that Maz is known to have a heart condition back in 2023. It was already a risk even before the medical

Anyway mate for me our biggest in this club isn't just the players, the manager, the glazers , the structure but the fans. We are divided and the media can see and uses it to divide us to suit their agenda or narrative. The only way to get this club back to the top is for the fans to stand as one and as long as we have fans wanting the manager sacked or kept or wanting us to lose so the manager gets sacked is not the man United Way. No matter what you back the club and if the manager is at the club you back him otherwise you get this toxicity.
