The videos does not show that the IAM role and Backup vault should already exist in the target accounts and how to create them. Also, it seemed like there was no fixed agenda or flow of the video, the presenter just went though the console without any pre-defined flow or the actual order. This being an official video from AWS, I was expecting much better like they do always.

theres any way to delegate de root/management task and operations to another account like a shared or bkp account?

Would it be possible for one lambda fn in master account to get specific resource details of multiple sub-accounts, let's say I have 5 sub-accounts? Instead of creating lambdas in each account and pushing it to master, is there a better way to do this by not duplicating..? Thanks.
