Dior Joy is so underrated, that's literally my signature scent for the moment. it's a perfume that i found myself in as soon as i smelled it, and instantly got obsessed with it. i love how it smells fresh and not candy sweet like other female fragrances, i'm not a fan of overly sweet ones they make me sick. Some said that it doesn't have a character i completely disagree, i think it has a character of its own and a beautiful one.
Which one do you recommend the edt, edp, intense? I smelled one bottle and it smelled really mature in the store but i think the juice mustve been off bc i have it as such a delicate scent in mind
Found this comment and 100000% agree. I work for dior at the moment there is a beautiful new Fragrance being soft released in a few months. You should definitely try it out, it’s meant to be the “gold of dior” I shall not say any more 😂😂 hint hint. Joy is the hero scent for me. So universal and occasion friendly. You should try “addict Eau de toilette” and “Jadore edp parfum d eau” as well when it wears down addict becomes a slightly more rounded version. And parfum d eau imo a powdered version of the joy intense. But as a dior employee I whole heartedly support your opinion and back it as well. 😮💨 UNDERATTED. GRIS DIOR is overhyped
@@kashaelbigby5142 it is a pretty beautiful and compliments getter fragrance, especially from men, i haven't received that many compliments from women but there's literally no male in my life who isn't obsessed with Joy. they think it's attractive and sophisticated. However, thanks for the little tea about the gold of dior haha 😌🤩 can't wait to try it out, it sounds amazing i can definitely say i trust your taste, i'm happy to find someone with the same opinion as me on Joy xD
@@Tamimt153 Dior Joy Intense is more strong and warm than the original one, some may prefer it more and i don't disagree i like it too, but i personally have the original one, Dior Joy EDP. as for its smell i'd rather describe it as youthful and feminine rather than mature but each one and their opinion. I think women of any age can wear it, it's just so elegant and feminine.
@@kashaelbigby5142i like JOY EDP also BUT i think its Not so longlasting and the Protection is Not good. And what i don’t understand, why is joy soooooo expansive?
I’ve just got Poison (original) and Addict edp. I also have Poison Girl edp. I guess I am one of the few who do not go crazy for Hypnotic Poison. I tried it on my skin once again today, but decided not to take the bottle with me anyway. I’ll give it another chance ahead in the future.
Hello! I agree on Dior Addict. It's one of those scents that is "in your face" about being sexy, as you said, but also exudes class and confidence. You don't have to choose/sacrifice any of those qualities. I'm a bit disappointed not to see Dune here, but it's probably not for everyone. I actually don't feel mature enough for it yet, but I like its warm-but-bittersweet vibe, which should suit my skin chemistry. My skin tends to amplify sweet notes, so something like Hypnotic Poison would be too much, while Dune is easier to pull off.
I Love Patchouli Imperiale and Colle Noire ❤️❤️❤️ Also, HP was my signature in high school (final year). I don’t have the guts to try this formulation, I hear it’s very soft compared to what I had 15 years ago 🥺 Oh, yes! And Feve Delicieuse, forgot about this one until you mentioned it.
It is obscene that they bought the name from the wonderful Joy by Jean Patou. That was at one time the most expensive perfume in the world because of its wonderful ingredients. Nothing comes close to the classic real Joy.
If you get the chance, test Oud Save the King from Atkinsons :) I think you’ll like the Oud in that one! It’s my second favorite Oud fragrance, after Oud Satin Mood ❤️

I love them all. If I had to pick only one favourite it would be Dior - Midnight Poison. Sadly it was discontinued a long time ago.
I have a bottle of Midnight Poison which I rarely wear. It is a beautiful scent ❤
Dior Addict is my perfume❤❤
