Africa’s underlying problem is not neocolonialism but rather official corruption, which started from Nkrumah’s regime in ghana,bad governance and absence of technology to extract and add value to natural resources in Africa. If now fragmented africa becomes a single entity in future and the underlying problems,especially bad governance,now inhibiting economic growth in individual Africa countries persist the continent would still be an empty giant.

The strategic mistake Nkrumah made was taking his newly independent country without basic infrastructures such as roads and highways into a war for total liberation of Africa. If Nkrumah,upon ghana’s independence had mobilized the army of his newly independent country of six million people and more importantly without basic infrastructures to help execute national and patriotic duty of roads and highways construction across their newly independent country,they would be preoccupied by the task of developing their country for them self and their children,and would not have had the inclination to plan to topple his government.
