I bought a bullworker because of Bruce. Man wish I still had it. Mine came with a poster of exercises to do with it if memory serves. Just had a look online for a new one £200. Things have certainly got a lot more expensive over the years.
Well done Hector, i thought i was the only 62 year old who still uses Bullworlker 😂😂. I still find it very practical and efficient along with Tower 200. Excellent video as usual!!
I had forgotten about that silly thing. It actually looks like it is pretty good for chest and back training though. I use elastic bands in a similar way for back training. You probably could put it between your knees and use it for leg adductor training too. I didn't realize (or forgot) that Bruce used one of these. It makes sense with his love for training gadgets.
So not only do you drink from the fountain of youth, my man. You have been hiding those Hulk biceps 😂 seriously, tysvm for this workout video. I appreciate you, my friend! I learned a lot watching this Hector. Have a good night & take care!! ~Sheila 💕🙏
Is that the Lady Bullworker? It looks shorter than the other Bullworkers and your'e able to close it quite easily. Or is the spring shot? I have a few different Bullworkers and the best bang for your buck is the green one made in the 1960's. Much harder to close and larger. I believe Bullworker said back in the day, the only way one could fully close it with a chest compression, is if you are able to bench 400 pounds. I paid 15 dollars for it from a thift store. If the world's strongest man Jon Pall Sigmarsson and Darth Vader David Prowse used it as an exercise tool, you know it is good for bigger guys too.
Special episode thanks Hector your strong man Bruce training worker is verry goed for your musels thanks Hector end see you the next episode love Bruce ❤ Benny from Belgium
Cool video Hector i had one of them in the 70s when i was doing weight training used it regularly lol great work out mate wish i still had mine .have a great weekend my friend
Ha! the good old Bullworker, god that brings back memories. i had one and used it all the time but another piece of equipment that i just seemed to of lost over time. Now that you have shown this i wish i still had it. Can you still get them? If i remember there was a good AB workout with it as well.

I used to have one back in the day. Then the cable broke and I discarded it. Those were the days.
