Cross Country Is MENTAL
In this video, the boys and gals travel to Mill Creek Metroparks in Canfield, Ohio to run in the YSU Collegiate Inaugural Alumni meet. A cool thing about this course is that it meets NCAA specifications and is a possible future destination for national championship meets.

That’s how I look on the out side and then in the inside It’s like I’m blown away when even the hit you with a “Hey so today we’re gonna do 8 300 sprint repeats”😂 like 😮
As a cross country runner myself I will say pacing is all it is, the pain is temporary but the thought of only do 50% when you can go 100% is forever

i love xc. it is so challenging mentally and physically but its all worth it in the end.🫶🏻
Cross country is underrated and undervalued cuz people think it’s easy but it’s one of the hardest sports ever both mentally and physically, the best way someone said how hard it is is by pointing out that our sport is your sport’s punishment
