they are Honda VTX1800 shocks. They replace the standard shocks and drop the bike by an inch. Fender clearance is fine. I put them on the hardest setting for pillion. The ground clearance is reduced so foot peg grinds more easy. Also the steering is marginally heavier otherwise all good! You'll need change the rubber bushes to fit them too. Cheers
hi, this is the original seat. i removed the old crappy worn out cover. cut the foam down a bit to make it more slimline and recovered it with marine vinyl.
@@davehyper7835 that's awesome!!! I just picked up a 96 vs1400. And I've been looking around like a mad man for a new seat. Just gave me a great idea! Thanks!!

i just got an intruder 1400 and i had no idea that you could prime the carbs, thanks!
Nice choice, you're gonna love it! and yep, kill switch on and starter primes the carbs! Use it everytime!
@@davehyper7835 coool. need to test if my 800 does this
What position do you set the petcock at before you prime the carbs? On my VS1400 I have ON, OFF & RES.
Always ON. or RES if you are low on fuel. If the petcock is off when you prime the carbs it will not prime correctly.
What type of handlebars are those?
Hi, They're straight riser bars if that makes any sense. cheers
This is onley "Trude" Sound! ;-)

What's pipes are those
I think they might be Raask pipes but not sure www.raask.se/suzuki_pm.html
What are those rear shocks??! Do they touch the fender under weight?
