Mahungela's bail application to resume on 18 December

Kirsten Kluyts' alleged killer Bafana Mahungela's bail application
will resume on 18 December.
Mahungela was back in the Alexandra Magistrate’s Court today where he
denied that he raped the Johannesburg teacher while jogging in
Parkmore in October.
He has been charged with pre-meditated murder, rape and robbery with
aggravating circumstances of Kluyts.
Mahungela was arrested and charged with her murder last month. The NPA
says Mahungela could still face other charges as DNA testing results
are still outstanding.
The state is expected to oppose his bail.
