I find it way better to cook the eggs in a pan after heating up some ham, then breaking it into small pieces to add to the rice instead. Same with onigiri, just a lot easier to throw it all in a bowl and eat it with a spoon instead of the crazy amount of prep. I know it's about crafting the food and presentation, but just give me a bowl and I'll be fine.
Well at the very least a lot of people are being educated here on the differences between vegetarianism and veganism there are a lot of variations I’m sure you’re finding it this out There are people who consider themselves vegetarian who still eat fish and eggs and sometimes some poultry they think just because they aren’t eating red meat or pork that they are vegetarian I don’t agree. Way back when I was still converting over to more specific vegetarianism I did still have some eggs and I did still have some fish and I did still have honey and dairy. But then I slowly quit all of them I finally quit dairy about five years ago so I’m now 100% vegan. Everybody has their own journey and their own path I think that you are doing this experiment is really cool I applaud it

In Hawaii we make a super fast super easy hamburger vegetable curry eaten of course over rice. Just cook and crumble the HB in a pan, add curry sauce (I like the block style where you just add water), and a bag of frozen mixed veggies. Pau! (Done) Ono! (Yummy)

There are places that eat fertilized eggs I believe Korea is one of them, but most eggs that Koreans eat are unfertilized. It's why they are vegetarian, because they are an animal bioproduct. If they are fertilized, it would not be vegetarian.
The veal I used to get was from unborn calf. I never pretended it was vegetarian. It was tender, though. Nowadays, I eat milk fed veal which hasn't yet eaten grains or anything solid.
