Wow! This is back when a car was a car and not computers! Nick the motor sounds sweet! Does need to be idled up just a bit! Nice interior except for the roof! Take the two carbs off and put a double pumper holly in their place! Real nice car…….want last very long!

Great color combination looks great from 15 feet not sure what caused all the chrome to put but al sorted out with everything working can get all the chrome so do a little at a time as you can afford
My dad had one just like this one. I was suppose to get it when I turned 16, but he sold it.
I would love to have this car
For there are so many good comments here from all the brothers and guys just remember that if she was on the east cost of S.C that can account for the pitting on the chrome, for high moister content of the air around it. For all the extras in this car at 69 yr's of age, who can complain. Damn nice 55 Chev.

That's a pretty clean machine, very nice. And many of those pitted chrome pieces are still being reproduced, so much of that could be replaced if the owner wanted to
Maybe another victim of a car cover in a humid climate ? What a shame please don't neglect these special cars it's a privilege to keep these for future generations to see and experience.
Love the car, hate the steering wheel. But that’s just me. Worth every penny.

I am drooling like homer simpson!!!! One of the very first "race" engines I ever encountered was a dart little m my friends uncle had one he called a rocket block this was probably 30 years ago and he said these motors were the most user friendly and customizable engines ever! Back then anyway lol he gave me the motor to put in my 79 buick regal I was young and dumb lol blew half a dozen rear ends and several transmissions 😂 until he found out and him and his nephew "my buddy" helped me build it to last I had the fastest sleeper in town for a hot second lol man those were the days this car flooded me with memories or I should say this motor 🥰 love the car too 😂nick your making summer come faster bringing all this heat 😁💯🤌🏼 sorry for the book but I love these motors
