Super interesting! Are these Chinese LEGO bricks (Wange bricks) compatible with LEGO?

Thanks! I took a close look at the bricks, and I think the size is similar to LEGO's. But I am not sure if it's exactly the same. The toy company Wange is selling the bricks in a package, for example, the Great Wall package. They have all the components you need for building a Great Wall toy in the package. So I am not sure if it could be used in LEGO's models.
