The one thing might think about adding is portable air purifier. My husband add it this year due to all smoke from fires in Canada. About week in smoke rolled in and it was needed.
With seasoning we have to watch the salt intake so I try to buy no salt or mix my own seasoning. I do use salt but I like to have the control of how much goes into/onto the recipe. Organization is great!😊
It's snowing in the Easter Sierra's already.... Also Jasper up in Canada had snow in the elevations... Leaves are already starting to change here in central Ohio
Fiesta brisket rub is my go to. I use it on more than brisket. I cut it with garlic powder for non brisket uses. Sith brown sugar, it works great on pork butts. Over all that brand is really good for the money. I also like that they keep the containers are kept standard. Really helps the spice cabinet organization.
you two are an inspiration. I love that we now have a formal definition for a Big Haul. I will be watching this series but delayed as usual. sorry in advance for any new comments on weeks old videos 😅
Another list that I've come up checks off the things I need to do to the house before I leave such as making sure all the doors and windows are closed and locked, washing machine water valves are off, outside water spigot is off, turn down heat or AC and reduce water heater heater temperature, make sure my computer and other electronics are unplugged from the wall and more.
Tech gear….? We love the lists. We don’t have an RV….we travel by car. I like bringing a few of my seasonings cause if we stay in a place/cabin with a kitchen, I like having basics on hand.
I have list also, but I have two checkboxes next to each item and the first column is labeled “To Order” and second “Packed”. I also mix my own seasonings for some things as well. Especially my chili seasoning and taco seasoning and are easy to mix and store.
Tip from another list maker!! After you laminate your list, use WET erase markers, not dry erase. That way as you are moving the list around while packing the marks don't rub off. Then when you are ready to clean it you just need a damp paper towel.
You can freeze screen and use your phone to take picture, that’s what I did. I also found where she had reverse side and took picture of that side. I can then create my own checklist sheet.

I love the "don't forget your spouse" LOL.
So true on the checklist.... Makes things so much easier, worry free.
Freezer kind from Sams club are the best!!
My wife and I love your videos, keep them coming 👍🇺🇲
Some great ideas there, you must be the most organised folk around. Glad you kept the Mexican theme, it looks great and the chillie lights.
I told my friend that I was going to laminate my list, she just rolled her eyes. I’m going to tell her about this video.
I love a good list!! -Abby

For a commercial blend look up Heaven Made Products, It’s Incredible. It’s a great low salt rub for anything.

FYI, Andy's seasoning is the best for fish! You should definitely try it,
We’ll give it a try

That’s great! Always good to have some essentials with you on a trip!

Thanks for the tip!!
Call it controversial but for poultry, I add a little cinnamon to the rubs. It adds a surprisingly good earthy flavor and the smell is awesome.
One of our favorites is the Fiesta Uncle Chris' steak seasoning. Great on anything.
Even if you should forget something, you're never very far from a Wally World.
Where's the rolling papers and the bag of buds?
In Abby’s coin purse that says “definitely not weed”
How can I obtain a copy of your checklists?
Do you have an electronic copy of the list that you could share?

@@patriciacooke886 good idea!
Great idea! Are you able to share a copy of your list via email?
Your silverware is plastic? 😮
