The proper food should have balance of everything. If you see Kachori in UP or Rajasthan, you won't see much oil on its surface, its an art. Quality of oil also plays important role. In Kolkata you won't get authentic Kachori as its a regional dish of UP/Rajasthan. I am from Delhi but the best Kachori I had was from Mathura. If someone who have eaten authentic Kachori won't like it. Similarly a Punjabi won't like Punjabi cuisines of Delhi.

Food bloggers have a right to criticize or praise a food item... Everyone has a right to say what he or she feels about a certain food item... You cannot tell people not to show their fondness or disdain for a particular food item. Going by your logic, every film reviewer should stop reviewing films or every art critic should stop reviewing art items... Misplaced logic... If the kachori is oily, then evey food blogger has a right to speak the truth to the audiences. Now it is upto the customers to decide whether it is oily or not... You are not a genuine food blogger. This also explains the very few subscribers on your channel.. Also, the Chaggani shop owner has a genuine attitude problem. He is very rude to his customers too. He must understand that it is the customer who makes his business run. Most food stall owners in Burrabazar area have been selling things for decades.. Everyone is there for around 30-40 years. No one has a right to throw tantrums and display rude and arrogant behavior.

A shop near my home serve Bhature with huge crowd but 5 0f 5 of my friends got acidity after eating that due to poor quality of oil he uses.

Kachori is origin of Rajasthan and Jaipur and it's an Marwadi dish where as we people in north india totally aware of Kachori and it's varieties as it's a part of North East cuisine in any state. And every stuffed puri is not at all a kachori as we have Bedmi Puri, Masala puri, Radha ballavi, Spanich puri, Daal puri, Sattu puri, Masala puri, Stuffed Bhatura, Alu puri, Bharwa puri and they are different dishes from the kachori 😂 I already spend more than 2 years in kolkata itself even roam freely towards many outer urban places of bengal from Khadgpur to jhargram and it's internal cities and villages and what I found is nobody actually knows what actually a kachori is in real because local people in bengal themselves never knew about it as they eating something else in the name of kachori by born into thier whole state. And this is the reason when people from outside visited kolkata Or sub part anywhere in bengal they get irritated getting a fried maida ka puri in the name of kachori itself as we know what actually a kachori is.
