      Yes, step-ups are a great way to tone your legs, too. Also, you won't get bulky unless you do hypertrophy workouts, lifting very heavy weights (and progressively heavier). So, trust the process :) And let me know how you feel!

    Does jumping squats give you the same benefits specifically posture ?

      Not so much, no. Jump squats mainly work your quads and explosive power, with a bit of calves, glutes, and hamstrings. However, you can do both in a HIIT-type pattern :)

    If I do 15 squats 6x a day, is this as beneficial or should I just do 50 at one time?

      It depends on what you're interested in. 15 squats 6x per day = same mobility and joint and posterior chain strength. 50 squats in one go = better for stamina and muscle growth (because you're creating more mechanical tension)

      If that's your goal, I'd suggest the following exercises with the max weight you can lift: bridges, sumo deadlifts, front elevated lunges, deep sumo squats. If you're a beginner, even smaller weights or bodyweight will give you good results BUT to maximize your gains I advise to add a few pulses. If you have access to a gym, you can do all these on the cable machines, too. Aim for 12-15 reps, 4 sets each. Stay consistent and I hope you'll share your progress here in 1 month! 🥰
