The first house I rented after graduating from college was about 900 sq. ft. It had a long galley kitchen with the washer and dryer hook-ups at the far end. I thought it was odd but soon came to appreciate the location! The kitchen table was the perfect place to fold laundry!

The First house isn't bad, but what's with the Wooden Floors?! Looks like someone tried to SET FIRE TO THEM!!!! And what is going on with the Second Home and that Kitchen?! The Cabinets are RIDICULOUS!!!! It probably also needs a new Roof, and the Siding is Questionable!!!! The First House is probably the BEST INVESTMENT!!!!
