Both these people are appealing! I was sort of sorry he missed out on the country place, but then he seemed to love the city place so turned out well. Maybe he can go to the country often because he really did like that too.
I would have been gutted to have to deny myself the house in the country but he made the right decision for his business. He has an exquisite eye, and made the apartment beautiful.

House 1 is definitely Italian like for sure. The downside is the bathroom, kitchen, and balcony. It can still be a good home. House 2 is a country dream home. Super Italian like but very very dark too. House 3 is definitely dated, old, Italian style for sure. It could be a good place with some love.
I hate when I hear mandolins on the images of Venice or Florance: such ancient cities that were so rich and powerful. This kind of “Mediterranean” music relinquish the history of Italy
The city house he chose was the best choice. He should take advantage of the location by listing the unit as a hotel as well. Most days, he will not have clients, so imagine if you could rent out 2 rooms in downtown Florence. Killer business would completely outweigh the additional cost of rental
How shallow we have become. I blame Instagram with its total fake people. This guy is intelligent, humorous and genuine, good on him. No one is perfect.
Not everyone has a mother who can pay for dental work. In Australia where I live, dental procedure is very very expensive even if you have medical insurance. I don’t think Australia is the only country either where people struggle with the cost of looking after their teeth. Fear too plays a part. Let’s face it, going yo the hairdresser is a much more of a pleasant experience. So Mark don’t judge, I am sure your appearance is not perfect either!!
