Yes! Ludroth will always have a apecial place in my heart as the first monster I actually had serious trouble with, back in tri. I remember timeing out against this guy so many times, until i finally got what the game was about. Kill, harvest, make better weapons, kill bigger monster, repeat. I was running tue base bone sns up until that point. That had like 4 hits of yellow and then orange sharpness that just bounced off of him xD
I was ecstatic when I finally neat him, i made his armor and weapon, and have used that armor up until i could affort a full lagiacrus and rathalos set

Next thing you know a Ludroth deviant is introduced and it's stronger than Bloodbath
