I’m new to fly fishing and headed to tellico on Sept 2 to try and catch my first Brook trout. Any suggestions on creeks with trail access to start with? Also what wt, size rod are you using there? Great video by the way.
We've had some major road closures in the Tellico area due to recent flooding, but there are alternate routes. It'd be hard to give you all the info in the comments but feel free to call the shop and I'd be happy to give you more info 423-253-2231

Poison Ivy/Sumac/Oak, Stinging Nettle, Briars, Ticks, Wasps...all necessary ingredients for a top notch under fished brookie stream 🤣👍

Sometimes you do a lot of bushwhacking and it doesn't work out and sometimes you find a gem!
"Remote" and "brookies" often appear in the same sentence.
