Would be great to get a 2024 updated video on this. A lot more smaller systems now like Hibob, Sage People and I-Trent really becoming more attractive for medium sized enterprises.
The top 5 rated in order are: 1. Oracle HCM - good at predictive analytics 2. Workday - newest system, has grown phenomenally 3. UltiPro - for larger organizations 4. SAP Success Factor - for larger more complex organizations 5. Kronos Workforce Ready - for small and medium-sized companies with regulations
Hi Eric - thanks a ton for this and similar reviews. I wonder if you have one comparing Performance Management / Strategy Cascade solutions like Corporator, Kippy, PRESTO Digital Enterprise and so on, especially if they include individual appraisal functionality linked closely with performance management KPIs and the balanced scorecard, which you don't see robustly linked in a system like Workday... A focus on small and medium enterprises would get a larger audience, I guess.
This is interesting. Thanks for sharing. I am wondering what you think of Dayforce by Ceridian? My company is currently implementing. We are happy so far with the implementation, however we are nervous going live (as anyone would be when implementing a new system haha).

Feels good to know I selected all of these for our company’s HCM search!
Oracle HCM is very difficult with data extraction and costly.
Hi Eric - “global capability” would be a useful metric to measure
When you say Oracle HCM does it include Peoplesoft too ?

I haven’t done that, but it’s a great idea. Thank you for the recommendation!
Nassim Abed Agree, SMEs need such recommendations more coz they are relatively immature comparing to large organizations

Thank you for the information. Very well explained. By the way, what breed is your dog? I saw it going up the stairs.
My dog is a mixed breed that we rescued from a shelter, so I don’t know what kind he is! Thank you for watching.
What about ADP?

Hi Ron, Dayforce is a good option. Good luck with the go live and feel free to reach out to me with questions as go live nears!
