Please Help 🙏 When i connect my Prime 4 to virtual dj 2024 license version and load any track on deck 1 and deck 2 its automaticaly turn on sync button i tried to turn off but its not work and also change key of the song also even i lock the key. Please help 🙏 give solution.
@@virtualdjofficial I thought it uses the same firmware as the other prime series. the screen it is the same size as the prime 2. So I do not see why not. If you could do it with the prime 2 from denon i'd belive you can with the prime go.

@@virtualdjofficial I am one of the ones who most update my Denon DJ Prime 4. I already have Update 1.5.1 and the latest version of Virtual DJ. This happened after the touch plugin was opened in Virtual DJ itself, worked 15 minutes and then closed. It didn't open anymore.
If blank screen, maybe a corrupted plugins download during update.... 1) check if the plugin akairemotescreenlib exists in /documents/virtualdj/plugin64 (or /plugin) 2) check if the Denon screen skins are downloaded in: /documents/virtualdj/skins/ You find the controller skins in the software settings if they are missing, in Extensions, under "skins" search for Denon Screen

What about for Denon Prime Go??? Will you be doing any integration with Virtual Dj and Denon Prime Go???
Prime GO is not made to work with DJ Software (unless something change in future)
So that will not be possible ...

My Prime 4 does not open the touch screen in Virtual DJ, only in Serato DJ
