My First Mozzarella-Making Adventure: Making Cheese from Scratch!

Join me on this random burst of ADHD energy mid being sick! I tried my hand at making mozzarella and dare I say it turned out wonderful.
Next time I think I will try to salt the actual curds before forming balls as I totally forgot. It was easily remedied by adding salt on top but it would have taken it to the next level for sure!
