The wheel whiff command developed by Smug.
G has some of the slowest normals, barely any frame traps beside st.mp + st/cr.lp, he cannot use is v-reversal, has no armor on any ex moves, and lose the momentum of the game on a single knockdown... get lost. The problem is not G, the problem is Akuma, Rashid, Urien, Bison, Ibuki, Chun-Li, Guile. He is solid but not top tier. All the characters mentioned are having better consistent matchups than G, hands down.

Yeah it was pretty wicked. Glad to that someone still uses Gill's VT2. That said, it's interesting how Akuma's stun bar doesn't gain meter after the freeze stun until the very end

I REALLY dislike the "parry" system in SFV. Easy mode sh*t - Capcom needs to bring back the original parry system and stop watering down their games. But the highlights are still kinda dope 😂

Akuma was still in hit stun so Giefs CA missed. I think the Gief was also not ready because Akuma jabbed him out of his recovery. If he had jumped he wouldve escaped the Demon.
Lol that's actually my clip. I was trash af when I made it so I was spamming Raging demon whenever I could 😂 and the gief was a bit far away, that let my jab and the Raging demon connects.

@@ngubod16 but as far as I know you can combo any hit with Zangief's CA. I mean I know that jab from Akuma was a mistake. But Zangief mkssings his super it's weird
@@joseehumbertoo I dont main Gief so I dont know the properties of that move but from the video it just looked like it whiffed because of hit stun. It looks like when you try to do a tick command grab and you do it too fast, you end up punching the opponent and whiffing the grab.
