I am impressed. I knew that they are going to do something awesome, but this is way over my expectations. I see that map designers went through that very cautiously and took their time. They took in mind the other continents and their bad spots and ugly spots, and did something absolutely amazing! Congratz SOE!

I mainly roll as a pilot when playing TR and hossin is going to be a love hate relationship... you'll be able to dodge rockets lock on and flak very easily in the forest but im going to hate the fact the ill have to adapt to a different flying method due to the fact that there is trees in every direction XD

They would be but there is so much fog and it is so difficult to see anyone which makes sniping very difficult if at all possible.

Uhm.. judging from the scale of those trees, and the mentioned fog lowering the view distance... I hope so, but doubt it. Max infantry view distance is 300m and some of them looked taller than that.

Technically the "acid" is water.
In Amerish you go into the water you die instantly aswell.

My only dislike about hossin, is the same as esamir. That is the fact that bloom effects are way overused and the only way reduce it is to set overall graphics to low. They really need more independent graphic options.
