I’ve watched every game he’s played in his career. He is no doubt the best King defenseman I’ve ever seen(fan since 1979) Possibly the best ever. Side note Kopi is the best 200 ft player I’ve ever seen
I've started seeing people call this guy overrated....and it drives me nuts! He is in the top 3 for best defensemen in the league. Still think he was robbed of the conn smythe in 2014, as well.
Doughty is like a jet engine, unbelievable energy output but once he is out of gas, he shuts down. If you watch the double overtime games, his shifts are like 30sec and he looks so stiff. He even admitted it in an interview once. His legs lock up on him.
