Green man wasn't a ghost but he was a real man alive and his name was Robinson in his childhood he saw a bird stuck on the crook of a tree all Robinson wanted to let that bird free but he didn't saw the electrical wire there and when he climbed that tree he got electrical shock and that was so strong that his real skin melted due to this he was under treatment for years but his skin never cure due to that his skin turned green and till he was an adult he wasn't allowed to go and see the outside world but after he turned 18 he was finally allowed to go outside but due to the way he looked he started going in the night time after everyone were asleep and when one person saw him he believed that it was an urban legend and everyone started believing he was an urban legend

This video was not recorded by police, it was recorded by the bus conductor. Then they got scared and stopped their bus near police. But jab police bus me aai tab tak woh lady waha se gayab ho chuki thi which made this incident so much creepy.
