If you truly want any a strong good smell that also last for long. Buy perfumed oil, musk and pour drops on the filter. The entire will smell nice. For over month it emits a nice smell

13:16 the flap is to close the end of the bag off so no or little dust comes out
You probably already know this but you could have plugged the full Henry bag as it part of the bag.

If you have hayfever or any allergies the best choice is a water filter vacuum cleaner in my opinion.
