    她告诉我是她外婆教的
    有次在外第一次自己煮的时候
    竟然可以煮出和妈妈煮的味道一模一样
    可能,这就是所谓的 “家的味道”
    材料:
    8个 鸡肉(任何部位)
    8朵 冬菇(提前浸泡)
    2片 姜片
    1汤匙 蒜米
    6汤匙 酱油
    ½汤匙 绍兴酒
    1汤匙 黑酱油(老抽)

    2pcs Ginger
    1tbsp Minced garlic
    6tbsp Light soy sauce
    ½tbsp ShaoXing wine
    1tbsp Dark soy sauce
