I assume he’s talking about the final three missions (Alien Autotopsy parts 1-3) where you have to drive from the power plant to the alien spaceship at the school with a barrel of nuclear waste in different cars with ever decreasing time limits.

Easily the best nerdcubed video I've seen recently.
My favourite GTAV challenge;
-Go to the tunnel under military base on Grand Senora Highway
-Enable cheats/invincibility
-Build as big a vehicle pileup as possible
-Try to touch the top of the tunnel by climbing on the burned out husks of vehicles

The challenge with him "following" the dog is basically every "follow the NPC" task in video games. the player is faster than the NPC and in this instance DAN IS THE NPC
