Hello young couple in the Philippines. I was station at the old Clark Air Base (Angeles) area in May 1991 before Mount Pinatubo explosion working as US Air Force Security Police back in my old military days in the Philippines. Now at age 57, what is going on in the states (America), it is whatever individual governor wants to implement. Like on Monday here in my state of North Carolina we will close basically everything by order of the governor for 30 days. Exception areas massive supermarkets are so you can by food items, hospitals, similar major priority areas, like (police and fire) will remain open too. I am sure the Army National Guard for the state will be involved too. Both of you continue to enjoy the seven thousand (7,000) islands. Congratulations to you and Fiancee too. Final note. I was married for 17 years, met my lovely wife in 1997, she her passing in 2016 due to heart problems . She was from a small pacific country of Marshall Islands. We raised four (4) wonderful children and I continue to raise my youngest two children. My two oldest sons are presently (US Army and US Marines) station in South Korea and California. My two younger, daughter, will graduate in a couple of months plans on Air Force like me her dad did. My youngest son 9th grade future plans either Army or Navy. Well, please I hope youth both always cherish each others love Sorry for being long, wishing both safety, security and health there in the Philippines.

Keep encouraging Ave to exercise. It is good for the body, the mind, and also our soul. This will be good for her mental health too. I also hated to exercise before. My form of exercise was walking around my neighborhood but this was hard to do in the winter time. My husband and my kids are distance runners. They run all year round, even during winter. They never judged me for not as active as they are but they never stopped inspiring me and encouraging me to join them until one day, I decided to join my husband to the the gym. I am a late bloomer in this lifestyle, but I feel so much better now than before. Everyday, when I exercise now, my husband looks at me with so much love and thanks me for caring for my health.
I do not have any weight problem but exercising made me stronger physically and also mentally.

Ave’s staring game is me for 1wk of self quarantine now. 😳 Though in contrary, when you decided to have yourselves locked down in Siargao makes sense for us viewers now. Cuz you said that it has more accomodities there and at the same time being locked down to a paradise is way better. Fernandas Bananas how did they not follow the rules though? They have undergone many check points to have their temperature checked. They had a doctor who visited them. They were honest of their travel histories in the province. And their foreign friends including Martin has been in the PH for many months now. So basically gather your infos before naming them stupid!

Watching from Los Angeles, California!🇺🇸We have “stay at home” order here(till April?)🤞Some businesses are open for necessities only. Places like mall,gym recreational parks, theme parks, schools are closed till May 5. It’s not that bad doing things inside our house( I have things to do anyways)🧘♀️🏃♀️working out indoors. Kids do their work online. As long as we have food,running water, electricity, internet we’re all gonna be fine. You guys are really blessed to stay in a nice place with nature.
