@avelovenit, It is not easy to learn perfect Norwegian. You might catch simple words but to construct sentences like the the norwegian way is not easy. They have also three vowels that might be easy saying each letter but when they are in words whahhh, it is difficult to pronounce them. Don't get me wrong, but you will learn to talk Norwegian the moment you are here. It is a must to learn the language so you can fit in easily and to do this you have to go to school here, don't worry it's free. To get a good job here is to learn writing and speaking the language fluently. Malaki sahod dito kaya di mo pagsisihan kahit di ka na mag vlog, Right Martin?
Ave is right. It ist better to learn language in norway. Not in philippines now.base on my experience. I leave in germany 35 years now and working as a nurse. Learning language in germany is also free.

Great idea for a healthy breakfast, the smoothie. I am so glad that you are trying to be healthy thru fruits, vegetables & homemade cooking. I am wishing that spam will be banishing from your diet forever. Spam is the worst food for our bodies. Anyway, one healthy item at a time. Can't banished all the unhealthy food. LOL
I love the fresh vegetables. I also like the basket. You are lucky you always have a fresh food to it. I was so disappointed that I have to cancel my trip to the Philippines. My nieces and nephews were disappointed too.

Ave, since my parents hail from La Union, and our specialty is pinakbet, how would it be without the shrimp paste? we use some bagoong for it, would Martin like that? Exercising more and on a daily basis would definitely increase your endorphins that make one happy...
