    This is "THE BEST" Weber Premium grill assembly video. I viewed others to no avail. THANK YOU for making it easy for this lady.

    "Grilling on this Weber is going to be much easier than putting it together." No kidding. Did anybody at their factory try putting those legs in place? Thanks for your review!

      oh yea I recently bought this, and the leg parts clearly had manufacturing defects where it was very clear it would not fit in. I had to essentially grind some of the metal in order to get those legs in.
      It's been about a little over a month for me, I have grilled 10 times, LOVE it. had the best grilled Salmon of my life on it.

    I'm here in 2023 because MY 22" Weber Kettle Grill didn't come with assembly instructions, just the owners manual. This vodeo was super helpful in getting mine put together, thank you. Only change I would make would be to use a cooking oil to help get the legs in. I ended up using avacado oil, since that is what I cook with the most. Keep sharing!

    Wonderful! there are so many counterintuitive things here and yes, those legs had me crying in despair. But your candid, dryly understated instructions made a huge difference.

      @bestkitchenreviews I assembled a webber grill yesterday for a senior citizen, and I told her about your video. Took me about 40 minutes with no problems.
      Thank you once again.

    Bravo, finally someone gets the video correct and easy to follow! Those clips in the legs are a PIA! even for a mechanic. One clip kept sliding down the tube, every time (was bent). Come on Weber, get it together. Also charge $1 more and use stainless screws. I mean the whole assembly is aluminum and very well painted steel and virtually rustless and then they use a cheap non stainless screw for the handle. Anyhow, end of rant. The Weber is still a great value, it can smoke a Pork butt as well as any grill if you get everything layed out right. I like the new heat shield on the handle. My last one lasted 12 years outside, although the aluminum parts that close off the air and ash on the bottom failed after just a few years. Too thin for the heat. Ultimately, the where the legs slide in rusted and my Weber just fell over. Another $5 fix Weber could make.

    Thanks for the brilliant video. I got lucky getting the legs in pretty much first time. In the U.K my model has split pins to hold the wheels on so I did have a slight panic when I couldn’t find the bag with the hubcaps in. All sorted after a quick look at the instructions. Just need some sunshine to get cooking. Cheers!

    They used to come with 2 handles. Not anymore, yet cost $100 more. Seems everyone has a hard time getting those legs in. Solid, once they're in place though. Just bought another one today. Hopefully it will last pretty much forever like the ones I currently own... I got the Copper one. I love the green, but they didn't have one in stock.

    rub light veg oil on the last 6 inches of each leg before inserting for ease of movement. once lined up, simply tap the exposed end with a hammer till it locks in place.

    GET OUT THE HAMMER!!!✨🤗✨ weeeeee!
    People, the correct way to DO the legs is to place the clips NOT into the legs, but rather into the BASE, where the legs will be placed into, making sure the 'buttons' are out the holes. Then you slip the legs over the clips, down into the leg support holes and WIGGLE WIGGLE while pressing the 'buttons' so the legs can slide past them; buttons popping out through the holes when properly aligned. But F.Y.I., even little ol' ME had a bit of an issue pushing the legs in properly.
    I'm sitting here seeing in my mind, "Honey, let me do that for you." "NO! I GOT THIS! Go fix the kids something to eat!" lol I just LOVE this little thought in my brain. My late wife, Sissy, would NEVER let me help her with - THE PROJECT - and it didn't matter what it was, I was forbidden to assist or help her. Famous last words often were "I GOT THIS!", sometimes, after a bit, followed by a timid, "Um_ Honey?"😘 hee hee

    • @bestkitchenreviews
      @bestkitchenreviews  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I tried the clips in base but that was difficult. Yes, I almost called my man but really wanted to do it myself. A few more minutes and I would have called him. There are a lot of women like Sissy 😀
