And the same goes with young white kids who can appreciate music from talented black musicians and entertainers as well. The greats always had a way of making a song sound better than the original while being respectful at the same time. Hendrix had that gift for playing covers (check out his version of Killing Floor BTW - worth every second), Van Halen did, Satriani too. And never forget Buckethead in that conversation! Amazing - play on BH!
He is very playfull can turn on a dime and is very explosive and he mixes it up , keeps it all fresh and tries new things never boring and yes theres a slight Hendrix influence but he does not need it .
