Loved the session! Especially the warm-up, great way to get your body and mind focused (credit to Coach Brown for his coaching ability). And those new gloves are looking fire! Can't wait to get my hands on a pair once (and if) they drop!

I´d love to have a season with you. Im 19 years old from Chile and my height is 192 cm and weight 96 kg. I don´t know a lot of english but football is a universal language.

Very nice training :) I'm a goalkeeper too but I didn't play in goal for a few years and I'm afraid of jumping .-. I had an injury 6 months ago, does anyone have any tips for me?
Well since you are afraid of jumping, I would advise that you start from the ground. On your knees start with collapse dives t get ground familiarity and then slowly get to your feet.

Hi Dec. Advice on becoming a better keeper
Be consistent and reliable… meaning try to make as few or even no mistakes for every game you play. Clubs don’t care about the flashy stuff. They want a keeper they can rely on, to call into action when needed and get the job done properly.
Being consistently good is what makes a goalkeeper great. In order to become consistent you have to practice hours on end with repetition & good habits. Analyse the pros and believe in yourself!
These drills are coming from a professional coach so use them in your own sessions 🙌🏽
